The following conditions will qualify under the Refund and Returns Policy: If any of our Products fail to meet the quality parameter, such as –
- Physically Damaged Product
- Major Defects
- Fitting issue
- Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
- Product Lost during shipment.
How to exchange?
If you face any issues or are not fully satisfied with our Product, immediately call us (+8801401252726), or you can directly message us on our Official Facebook page or WhatsApp Account (https://www.facebook.com/bonolotaa7484/). Alternatively, bring it back within 5 days of the purchase date.
Please note shipping costs will not be credited. If:
- Delivered Damaged Product to the customer
- Delivered the wrong items/Size to the customer.
- Product Lost/Damaged during shipment.
- Otherwise, the customer will pay shipping costs.
Items you want to exchange or return must be unworn, unwashed, and unused with all original tags attached. Items that are opened or damaged or do not have a receipt may be denied an exchange. Please repack your products securely in the original package and include the original invoice slip and tags with the package. All returns must be processed within 5 calendar days of the original purchase date.
